Our Story
Oleksandr Nikolenko, the founder of CARBOOK, entered the automotive business in 1994, and founded the company in 2016 — to give Ukrainian auto repair shops a modern tool instead of outdated solutions. From the very beginning, the product was built around the realities of the Ukrainian market, combining local requirements with the best international experience.
Over the years, CARBOOK has grown into a full-fledged platform trusted by hundreds of service stations across the country — from small repair shops to multi-brand auto center networks.
What We Do
We bring together everything an auto business needs for daily operations in one system:
- CRM – customer management, service history, reminders, and communication.
- Repair sales – scheduler, checklist-based diagnostics, estimates, and approvals.
- Parts and inventory – VIN-based parts lookup, parts ordering, reservations, FIFO, and supplier integration via API.
- Repairs – shift planning, shop floor work, vehicle check-in and hand-off.
